I was attracted to home building at an early age when my family moved into a new neighborhood. As a twelve year old, I enjoyed watching the process of change as I explored each home at the different stages of construction. The opportunity to build forts and bike ramps with scrap material was also a bonus. At 15, I was hooked when I was hired by a builder to sweep out houses and pick up trash around the properties. At 20, I got a job with another builder handling punch lists, errands and office duties. After graduating from college with a Finance degree, I purchased a lot and built my personal home. I continue to love the sights, sounds and smells of new construction.

THE SOLID ROCK

Chorus:

On Christ the solid rock I stand,

All other ground is sinking sand.

We are thankful for our country, state and those that protect us.
